Ingredients:
- Half a small head of red cabbage, shredded
- Half a small head of white cabbage, shredded
- 2 carrots, peeled and grated (about 1.5 cups)
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1.5 tbsp. ground mustard seeds
- 1.5 tbsp Sriracha sauce
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1.5 teaspoons of celery seeds
Preparation:
- In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, hot sauce, sugar, and celery seeds until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a large bowl, combine all the cabbage and carrots. Pour in the dressing and toss. Let sit for 30 minutes before serving. Season with salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
