Tricolor Coleslaw

Ingredients:

  • Half a small head of red cabbage, shredded
  • Half a small head of white cabbage, shredded
  • 2 carrots, peeled and grated (about 1.5 cups)
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1.5 tbsp. ground mustard seeds
  • 1.5 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1.5 teaspoons of celery seeds

Preparation:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, hot sauce, sugar, and celery seeds until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all the cabbage and carrots. Pour in the dressing and toss. Let sit for 30 minutes before serving. Season with salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
