Natural candies made from dates and almonds

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 tbsp. sugar-free coconut flakes
  • 100 g dried pitted dates (about 14 pcs.)
  • 15 small raw almonds
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • A pinch of coarse salt

Preparation:

  1. Place the coconut flakes on a plate. Place the dates, almonds, cinnamon, and salt in a food processor and pulse until pureed.
  2. Form the resulting mixture into 0.5 teaspoon balls in your hands, then roll them in coconut flakes, pressing well so that they stick.
