Plain ice cream

Ingredients:

  • 1 package (155 g) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1.5 cups of sugar
  • 4 cups whole milk
  • 1 can (340 g) of unsweetened condensed milk

Preparation:

  1. Combine the pudding and sugar in a large bowl. Slowly whisk in the whole milk and evaporated milk. Continue whisking until the mixture is smooth.
  2. Place in an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions, then transfer to the freezer to set.
    Exit: 2 l.
