Ingredients:
- 450 g lean ground turkey or beef (maximum 10% fat)
- 0.5 cups coarsely chopped pitted green olives (60 g)
- 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
- 0.5 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Preparation:
- Combine the ground meat, olives, parsley, cumin, and black pepper in a bowl, distributing all ingredients evenly. Form into 4 patties.
- Spray a grill pan with cooking spray and heat over medium heat, or light an outdoor grill. Grill the patties for about 5 minutes per side, until cooked through.
- Serve the patties on whole grain buns with tomato slices and lettuce leaves, with ketchup and mustard for dipping.
