topcook.tomathouse.com

Ingredients:

  • 4 - 5 ice cubes of tonic water (recommended: Schweppes) *
  • 90 ml gin (recommended: Plymouth Gin)
  • 120 ml tonic (recommended: Schweppes)
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • Lime wedges, for serving

Preparation:

  1. Fill a tall, narrow, chilled glass with ice cubes (almost to the top). Add gin, then tonic and lime juice, stirring well.
  2. Garnish with a lime wedge and serve immediately.

    Note *

To make tonic ice cubes, simply fill an empty ice cube tray with tonic water and place it in the freezer. It will take a few hours to freeze. Tightly sealed, the cubes will stay fresh and tasty for at least several weeks.
