Ingredients:
- 2 cups beef broth
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 beef bouillon cube, broken
- 1 tbsp. heavy cream
Preparation:
- In a medium saucepan, combine beef broth, cornstarch, onion powder, soy sauce, and bouillon cube.
- Bring to a simmer over medium heat, whisking occasionally, and cook until the sauce thickens slightly, about 1 minute. Turn off the heat and stir in the heavy cream.
