Halibut in the oven

Ingredients:

  • 450 g fresh halibut
  • 1 fresh lemon
  • 2 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp paprika

Preparation:

  1. Cut the fish into two 220g (0.75oz) pieces. Place in a glass baking dish and marinate in lemon juice for 20-30 minutes. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 230°C (430°F).
