Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups fresh ricotta
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 2 teaspoons whole fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tbsp. l. olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse sea salt
- 1/8 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
- Crostini, for serving
Preparation:
- In a small skillet over medium-low heat, gently warm the honey and thyme until fragrant and the honey begins to simmer, about 4 minutes.
- Place the ricotta in a shallow serving dish. Drizzle the honey mixture over the ricotta. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with crostini.
