Fried peaches in wine

Ingredients:

  • Yellow peaches
  • Red or white wine

Preparation:

  1. Halve the peaches lengthwise and remove the pits. Place the halves flat-side down on a preheated grill for about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the grill when grill marks appear and let cool. Slice and serve with a glass of red or white wine.
