Orange Vanilla Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of orange juice
  • 1/4 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt

Preparation:

  1. In a blender, combine 2 cups orange juice and 1/4 cup quick-cooking oats; let steep for 10 minutes.
  2. Add 2 cups ice, 1 cup vanilla yogurt and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract; blend until smooth.
