Healthy smoothie

Ingredients:

    Basic Banana and Avocado Smoothie

  • 2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp. ground flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • Half a ripe avocado
  • 1 cup ice cubes

    Pink

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries, thawed
  • 1 boiled beetroot, diced

    Yellow

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks, thawed
  • 0.5 tsp ground turmeric

    Green

  • 1 cup frozen white grapes
  • 0.5 cup kale leaves
  • 0.5 cup diced pineapple

    Violet

  • 1.5 cups frozen blueberries, thawed

Preparation:

  1. Basic Banana and Avocado Smoothie:

    Combine almond milk, flax seeds, honey, banana, and avocado in a blender. Blend on high speed until almost smooth, about 1 minute. Add ice cubes and blend until smooth.
  2. To make the smoothie pink, yellow, green, or purple, add the color additives for each type and blend again until smooth.
