Ingredients:
- 2 and 1/4 tbsp. graham crackers
- 165 g butter
- 1 can (400 g) of condensed milk with sugar
Preparation:
- Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with foil, leaving a 2-inch overhang; spray with cooking spray. In a bowl, combine 2 1/4 cups crushed graham crackers with 6 ounces melted butter; spoon the mixture into the prepared pan and press it evenly.
- Pour 1 can (400g) of sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top. Sprinkle with 0.5 cups of chocolate chips, 0.5 cups of sweetened coconut flakes, chopped Samoa cookies (1 box, 200g), and 1 cup of chopped pecans. Gently press into the condensed milk.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) until golden brown, about 25 minutes. Let cool completely. Cut into pieces.
