Peanut Cheesecake Dip

Ingredients:

  • 220 g of cream cheese
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 0.5 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • Serving straw

Preparation:

  1. Beat 220g of softened cream cheese with a mixer on medium-high speed until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Stir in 1/2 cup each sour cream and powdered sugar.
  2. Stir in 0.5 cup creamy peanut butter and 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract.
  3. Serve with mini pretzels or pretzel sticks.
