Ingredients:
- 450 g potato chips
- 0.5 tbsp dry concentrated broth
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup pecans
- 2 tablespoons sage leaves
Preparation:
- Spread the salted sweet potato chip and salted potato chip mixture on 2 baking sheets and bake at 350°F (175°C) until hot and shiny, 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle with turkey gravy powder and poultry seasoning, let sit for a minute, then stir and let cool.
- Toss with dried cranberries, toasted pecans, and toasted sage leaves (heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté the leaves until crisp, about 10 seconds).
