Mini quiches in the air fryer

Ingredients:

  • 12 frozen mini filo pastry tartlets
  • Half a 100g cooked chorizo ​​sausage, cut into cubes
  • Half a green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup grated Pepper Jack cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp. heavy cream

Preparation:

  1. Preheat a 6-liter air fryer to 160°C. Line the air fryer basket with foil and spray with cooking spray.
  2. Arrange the phyllo tartlets in an even layer. Spread the chorizo, green onions, and cheese evenly among them.
  3. Whisk the eggs with the heavy cream and 1/2 teaspoon each of salt and black pepper; pour into the tartlets. Cook until the eggs are set, 5 to 7 minutes.
