Orzo pasta with feta and tomatoes

Ingredients:

  • 220 g orzo pasta
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup crumbled feta
  • A handful of parsley leaves, chopped
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved

Preparation:

  1. In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil and add orzo pasta and cook until al dente.
  2. In a saucepan, while still hot, melt the butter and stir in the feta. Add the cooked orzo pasta and stir in the parsley and tomatoes, seasoning with pepper to taste.
