Green peas in garlic oil

Ingredients:

  • 450 g defrosted green peas
  • 2 cloves of garlic

Preparation:

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, saute 2 chopped garlic cloves in 3 tablespoons vegetable oil until golden brown, 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes.
  2. In a separate skillet, sauté 1 pound of defrosted green peas, stirring, until heated through, 3 minutes. Add garlic oil and sprinkle with finely chopped basil and flaky sea salt.
