Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons Miracle Whip Original Mayonnaise Dressing
- 1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. l. grated parmesan
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 0.5 tsp dry Italian seasoning
- 1 package (280 g) of salad mix
- A quarter of a red onion, thinly sliced
- 4 small pepperoncini peppers or other pickled peppers (optional)
- 1 small red tomato, cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons thinly sliced black olives
- 0.5 cups large croutons
- 1 tbsp. l. grated parmesan
Preparation:
- Prepare the dressing:
Combine olive oil, vinegar, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Parmesan, garlic salt, Italian seasoning, and 1-2 cups of water in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
- Prepare the salad:
Place the salad mixture in a large bowl and top with red onion, pepperoncini, tomatoes, olives, croutons, and cheese. Drizzle with the dressing and toss gently.
