Crispy breadsticks

Ingredients:

  • 300 g of breadstick dough
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Preparation:

  1. Combine 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon each of fennel, poppy, and sesame seeds, and 0.5 teaspoon each of salt and black pepper. Roll out chilled 300g breadstick dough into a 40x20cm rectangle.
  2. Cut into twelve long strips and roll them into breadsticks. Brush with herb butter. Place on two parchment-lined baking sheets and bake at 200°C (400°F) until golden brown, about 12 minutes.
