Chia jam

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups strawberries, hulled
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • Toast, for serving

Preparation:

  1. Place the strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and honey in a saucepan and heat over medium heat. Cook, stirring frequently, until the berries are soft, about 5 minutes. Strain the berries over a bowl and discard any solids. Stir in the chia seeds and set aside for 10 minutes. Spread the chia jam on your morning toast.
