Green beans with shaved parmesan

Ingredients:

  • 350 g of green beans
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 tbsp. shaved parmesan

Preparation:

  1. Place the beans in a large microwave-safe bowl. Cover and microwave on high for 5–7 minutes. In a small bowl, combine the sour cream and lemon juice. Pour the dressing over the beans and toss to coat.
  2. Serve immediately, sprinkled with shaved Parmesan and freshly ground black pepper.
