Ingredients:
- 1 cup chopped fresh rhubarb (about 1 small stalk)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 5 frozen strawberries
- 1/4 cup vanilla ice cream
- 30 ml vanilla vodka
- 1 teaspoon cognac or brandy
- For decoration: fresh strawberries or thin strips of red rhubarb
Preparation:
- Combine the rhubarb, sugar, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Set aside to allow the rhubarb to release its juices and soften, about 1 hour.
