Blue cheese sauce for meat

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour milk or kefir

Preparation:

  1. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, blue cheese, and a generous pinch of salt. Stir in the sour milk and a couple of turns of freshly ground black pepper until smooth.
