Ingredients:
- 220 g butter
- 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup raisins
Preparation:
- Melt 220 g of butter over medium heat and cook until browned, then let cool. Beat the brown butter, 3/4 cup of dark brown sugar, and 3/4 cup of granulated sugar with an electric mixer until fluffy. Stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 2 eggs. In a separate bowl, combine 2.5 cups of flour, 3/4 teaspoon of baking soda, and 1 teaspoon of salt, then fold into the butter mixture.
- Add 3/4 cup rolled oats and 1 cup golden raisins and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Spoon 1 heaping tablespoon of batter onto a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
