Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of hot water
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 and 1/4 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Wheat beer or lager, for serving

Preparation:

  1. Pour hot water and sugar into a pitcher and stir until the sugar dissolves. Add lemon juice and 3 cups of cold water and stir. Pour into an ice cube tray and freeze.
  2. To serve, fill each glass with lemonade ice cubes. Tilt the glasses, fill with beer, and serve.
