Ingredients:
- Filo pastry tartlets
- 220 gr. whipped mascarpone
Preparation:
- Fill mini tartlets or filo pastry cups with sweet mascarpone cream (see recipe below).
- Then place them on a baking sheet and top with blueberries and sliced strawberries to create stars and stripes.
Mascarpone creamUsing a mixer, beat 220g of mascarpone cheese with 3 tbsp of powdered sugar until smooth. Gently fold in 0.5 cup of freshly whipped cream.
