Ingredients:
- 3 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 0.5 tbsp. dark chocolate granules
- 0.5 tbsp. semi-sweet chocolate granules
- 0.5 cup granulated toffee + extra for sprinkling
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 0.5 tsp coarse salt
Preparation:
- Line a baking sheet with waxed paper. Combine the oats, peanut butter, chocolate chips, toffee pieces, butter, and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the chocolate is melted, 3–5 minutes.
- Place a few heaping spoonfuls of dough on a baking sheet and sprinkle each cookie with toffee pieces. Freeze for 15 minutes before serving. Cookies can be stored in the refrigerator in a tightly sealed container for up to 1 week..
