Ingredients:
- 1 beef brisket weighing approximately 2.3 kg (5 lbs)
- Ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 cups Pace Picante sauce
- 0.5 cups tightly packed brown sugar
- 0.5 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 10 sesame seed burger buns
Preparation:
- Season the beef with black pepper and garlic powder and place in a shallow 3-quart baking dish. Combine the Pace Picante sauce, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl. Spread the sauce over the beef. Cover the dish and refrigerate overnight.
