Ingredients:
- 8 cups red and yellow heirloom tomatoes, cut into 4cm pieces.
- 4 cups seedless watermelon slices, 4 cm in size.
- Vinaigrette dressing with honey
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. honey
Innings
- 1.5 cups feta, cut into 1 cm pieces.
- 0.5 cup torn fresh basil leaves
Preparation:
- Place tomato and watermelon pieces in a bowl.
- Refueling:
Combine olive oil, lemon juice, and honey in a bowl, season with salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle the dressing over the tomatoes and watermelon and toss to combine. Transfer to a serving platter. Sprinkle with feta and basil.
