- 4 cups strawberries, some chopped, some left whole
- 1 bottle (750 ml) of dry white wine, such as Chardonnay, plus more to taste
- 1 cup fruit juice, such as pineapple or orange
- 1 cup sparkling water + more to taste
- 0.5 cups brandy
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, plus extra for serving
- 4 kiwis, peeled and sliced into rounds
- 2 lime wedges
Preparation:
- Combine strawberries, wine, fruit juice, club soda, brandy, mint leaves, kiwi, and lime in a large pitcher, jar, or bowl and stir, stir, stir.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Taste before serving, and if it's too sweet, add a splash of soda or dry wine. If you let the sangria sit overnight, it will develop a beautiful pink hue!
- To serve, add some of the soaked fruit to a glass filled with crushed ice. Pour in the sangria and garnish with a mint leaf!
