Simple Stir-Fry Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup lightly salted soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp. l. rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp dark sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, grated (or 0.5 tsp granulated garlic)
  • 2.5 cm ginger root, peeled and grated (about 2 tsp or 0.5 tsp ground ginger)
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • A pinch of crushed red pepper flakes

Preparation:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, sugar, and red pepper flakes, if using. Store in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days..
