topcook.tomathouse.com

Ingredients:

  • 3 tsp paprika
  • 1 slab of pork ribs from the brisket area, cut into bones (1–1.3 kg)
  • 2 tbsp. ketchup
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/3 cup distilled white vinegar
  • 1/3 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1–2 tsp hot sauce
  • Special equipment: 3.5-liter air fryer

Preparation:

  1. In a large bowl, combine 1 tablespoon salt, 2 tablespoons pepper, and 1 teaspoon paprika. Add the ribs and toss to coat well.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 175°C. Place the ribs in the air fryer basket and cook until tender and golden brown, about 40 minutes.
  3. Barbecue sauce

Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, combine the ketchup, apple cider vinegar, white vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, 2 teaspoons salt, 2 teaspoons black pepper, 3/4 cup water, and the remaining 2 teaspoons paprika. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the sugar melts and the sauce is heated through, about 2 minutes. Cover and keep warm over low heat.
  4. Immediately dip the cooked ribs one by one into the sauce and let any excess drip off. Serve with the remaining dipping sauce.
