Simple Ranch-Flavored Pasta Chips

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups dry bow-tie pasta
  • 1 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. ranch dressing
  • 2 tbsp. l. grated parmesan
  • A pinch of chili pepper flakes

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain thoroughly and transfer to a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil to lightly coat. Sprinkle with ranch dressing, Parmesan cheese, and red pepper flakes and toss well.
  3. Place the seasoned pasta in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake until crisp and golden, 20-25 minutes. Serve hot or at room temperature.
