Ingredients:
Mini cheeseburgers
- 450 g of ground beef neck
- 1 tbsp coarse salt
- 1.5 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 2 thin slices Swiss cheese, cut into small squares to fit the buns
- 8 slider buns, halved and toasted
Toppings
- Crispy bacon
- Sour cream with green onions
- Honey mustard
- Guacamole
- A mixture of mayonnaise and ketchup (in equal proportions)
- Pickles
- Fried pineapple slices
- Mango salsa
- Barbecue sauce
- Black bean salsa
- Salsa pico de gallo
- Hummus
Preparation:
- Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium heat (175°C) and brush the grate with oil.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, salt, and black pepper. Form into 8 0.5 cm thick patties and brush with vegetable oil.
- Grill the patties until browned on one side, about 1 to 2 minutes.
- Flip, top with cheese, close the grill, and cook until the cheese is melted and the patty is cooked through, about 1-2 minutes more. If grilling, cover the patties with foil to allow the cheese to melt.
- Serve the patties on slider buns with any of the suggested toppings.
