topcook.tomathouse.com

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chocolate chips, 68% cocoa
  • 3 tbsp. chocolate-hazelnut spread
  • 1 tbsp. cocoa nibs (cocoa mass from cocoa beans) *
  • A small pinch of coarse salt
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • Additionally: 0.4 l mugs

Preparation:

  1. Combine chocolate, chocolate hazelnut spread, cacao nibs and salt in a blender.
  2. Heat almond milk in a small saucepan until almost boiling.
  3. Pour the hot milk over the chocolate in a blender and let it steep for 30 seconds. Remove the middle part of the lid to release steam and cover the lid with a towel. Then begin blending the hot mixture on low speed, increasing the speed to high. Be careful not to blend too quickly at first, or the mixture will splatter. Blend on high speed for 30 seconds. Pour the hot chocolate into 4 mugs and serve.
