Ingredients:

  • 6 chicken thighs
  • 1 tbsp. pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger

Preparation:

  1. Marinate the chicken thighs in a marinade of pineapple juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, and a teaspoon of ginger for 30 minutes. Place them on a grill set to medium heat. Grill the thighs until the juices run clear.
