Fried beef marinated in teriyaki sauce topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 500-700 g of thinly sliced baked beef
Marinating sauce:
- 3/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
- 2-3 tbsp vegetable or butter for frying
- Hot pepper seeds (optional)
Preparation:
- Mix all the sauce ingredients together. Place the beef slices in the sauce for at least an hour. Fry them in a skillet with oil for 4 minutes on each side or until tender.
