Corn with curry

Preparation:

Mix together a teaspoon each of ground ginger, paprika and ground coriander, and half a teaspoon each of ground cumin and turmeric.

Brush 4 ears of corn with vegetable oil, sprinkle with spices, and grill, turning, for about 12 minutes. Season with salt. Serve with a yogurt, salt, and cilantro sauce.
