Ingredients:
Chicken in marinade:
- 900 g of boneless chicken
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 tsp ground white pepper
- 4 crushed cloves of garlic
Pizza:
- 1 large pizza base
- Lubricating oil
- 1 tbsp. l. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. coarsely grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp. coarsely grated cheese Monterey Jack
To serve:
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 1/2 cup peanuts or cashews
- 1/2 tbsp. coarsely grated carrots
- Sweet garlic chili sauce
Preparation:
- For the chickenCombine chicken, coconut milk, fish sauce, soy sauce, turmeric, white pepper, and garlic. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
After the time has passed, grill or roast the bird until fully cooked. Once it's cool enough to avoid burning your hands, shred the meat along the grain into small pieces.
- For pizzaBrush the base with a little oil and place the chicken pieces on top. Sprinkle with cheese.
