Cheese balls with pomegranate

Preparation:

In a blender, combine 250 g of goat cheese, 1/4 cup each chopped fresh parsley and chopped green onions, 2 teaspoons each finely chopped fresh thyme and rosemary, and 1 small clove of garlic until a paste forms. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Roll the mixture into 10 cm (4 in) cheese balls and roll them in pomegranate seeds. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Serve with crackers.
