Ingredients:
- 6 bars of dark chocolate
- 3/4 cup butter
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup premium flour
- 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 160 degrees.
Melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave on high for 1-2 minutes or in a double boiler in a large saucepan. Stir thoroughly until the chocolate is completely melted. The sugar should dissolve. Add the eggs and vanilla, flour, and nuts. Spread the batter into the baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
Cool and serve the cake cut into squares.
