Cut the bacon lengthwise and then in half.

Wrap potato balls in bacon

Wrap the balls in bacon.

Place the appetizer on the sheet with the seam down.

Step 3


Place the wrapped balls on a baking sheet, seam side down.

Bake the potato balls until the bacon is golden brown.

Step 4


Bake at 425°F (220°C) until crisp, turning once halfway through, 25 to 30 minutes.
