Blue Absinthe with Marshmallows topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 60 ml of absinthe
- 30 ml Blue Curacao liqueur
- 2 small marshmallow shapes, 1 for lighting and 1 for decorating
- A little grenadine syrup
- 60 ml of sparkling water
- Cherries, for decoration
Preparation:
- Place an absinthe spoon over a glass, place a marshmallow on the spoon, pour the absinthe over it, then carefully light the marshmallow on fire, allowing the melted sugar to drip into the absinthe.
- Add Blue Curacao, a splash of grenadine, and top with soda water. Garnish with a marshmallow and a cherry.
