Pink sangria

Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle (750 ml) of dry rose wine
  • 1/4 cup brandy
  • 2 tablespoons raspberry liqueur
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1.5 cups raspberries
  • 1.5 cups strawberries, quartered
  • 1 lemon, cut into slices
  • 1.5 cups of sparkling water

Preparation:

  1. Combine wine, brandy, liqueur, and sugar in a large pitcher, then add the fruit. Place the pitcher in a cool place and chill for 1 hour to 1 day.
  2. Before serving, add sparkling water to the sangria.
