Ingredients:
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1.5 cups of vegetable oil
Preparation:
- Place the egg yolks in the bowl of a food processor and add the vinegar and mustard. Season with salt to taste.
- Turn on the food processor and slowly begin adding the oil. Add it drop by drop until the mixture resembles mayonnaise, then add the oil in a thin stream.
Exit: 2 tbsp.
