Classic homemade mayonnaise

Ingredients:

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1.5 cups of vegetable oil

Preparation:

  1. Place the egg yolks in the bowl of a food processor and add the vinegar and mustard. Season with salt to taste.
  2. Turn on the food processor and slowly begin adding the oil. Add it drop by drop until the mixture resembles mayonnaise, then add the oil in a thin stream.
    Exit: 2 tbsp.
