Ingredients:
- 450 g cranberries, fresh or frozen
- Zest of one orange, peeled into strips
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
Preparation:
- Place all ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a boil, and simmer until the cranberries burst and the sauce thickens, about 15-20 minutes. Cool. Remove the cinnamon stick before serving.
