Preparation:

Pour the vinegar into a glass measuring cup and add enough milk to make 1 cup of liquid. Stir and let sit for 10-15 minutes (the milk will begin to curdle).

Use the soured milk in recipes or store it in a container in the refrigerator until needed..

Ingredients:

  • 4.5 tsp 5% vinegar or fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup boiled milk, cool to room temperature
