Crispy kale with barbecue seasoning topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
Kale chips
- 1 bunch kale, washed and dried (about 450 g)
BBQ Seasoning
- 1/4 cup paprika
- 2 tablespoons ground chili pepper
- 2 tbsp. l. brown sugar
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp mustard powder
- Mix all ingredients
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 135°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Remove the tough stems from the kale and discard. Tear the kale leaves into small pieces. Place the kale on the prepared baking sheet and spray evenly with cooking spray.
- Bake until browned around the edges, 18-20 minutes, stirring halfway through. Sprinkle the kale chips with barbecue seasoning and serve.
