Refreshing pineapple-raspberry cocktail with rum

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons frozen raspberries
  • 1/4 cup ice cubes
  • 90 ml coconut water
  • 90 ml. pineapple juice
  • 30 ml light rum
  • 2 leaves of fresh mint

Preparation:

  1. Lightly mash the raspberries in a pretty stemmed glass. Top with ice cubes.
  2. Pour in the coconut water, pineapple juice, and rum. Stir gently and serve with mint leaves.

    Note

    To make a non-alcoholic drink, replace the rum with 30 ml of sparkling water.
