Ingredients:
- 3 large bunches of radishes, roots trimmed
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp (15 g) butter
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Preparation:
- Place the radishes in the pan, add water, butter, sugar, and salt. Cover and bring to a boil. Remove the lid and cook until the liquid has evaporated and the radishes are glazed, another 8-10 minutes.
